Wednesday

I texted both boys yesterday and asked them to call me last night. Bug was able to and I told him about his granddad and asked him to send a get well card. Bear never was able to call, I waited until 11 pm and then had to go to bed, he called about 1130 pm. I asked him to call at breakfast or lunch, but I still haven't heard from him. I hope he's not trying to avoid me knowing I have bad news. *sigh*

Having a lot of fun window shopping for the Steampunk costume. Actually purchase a small bag of watch gears, etc., from a seller on Etsy. I want to make a "Steampunk" cameo for Petunia's costume, and I know I'll find other uses for the little things as well. I showed her some ideas I had pinned and she really liked them. Oh, and Bear did text her yesterday, telling her he was envious of her and I making this costume. He's a big Steampunk fan as well, but its hard to do stuff like that in the Army - way too much teasing going on.

Sharky & Petunia both complained about being cold, Sharky even brought a blanket out this morning and left it on the couch. I was going to put it away but Rosie claimed it and made a nest. (Rupert tried to this morning, but Sharky kicked him off for room. LOL) Rupert even was snuggling with Sharky's feet last night in bed. Silly, to be so cold when its so hot out.
