Have a doctor's appointment tomorrow for a recap.

Very bad night last night. While I was trying to get comfortable (pinched nerve in shoulder on left, sore muscles on ribs on right), I rolled over and somehow or other, my hip slipped and pinched a nerve. I started crying and woke up Sharky. Had to get out of bed (awkward to do) and stand up and move to get everything back to where they were supposed to go. Didn't fall deep asleep until closer to morning. Feel very wiped out right now. Couldn't nap this morning either.
