WG? Hit# 878, Milton FL (3rd hit)
Yesterday started off a bit of a disaster. Couldn't find Rupert until Bug came home (between school, paycheck pickup and his friend's house) and found him behind the TV. Got him out and he stayed out the rest of the evening, playing with Petunia. We blocked off the access, but the little turd found a way back there last night. Going to have to do something about that. He needs to come out and socialize. Spoke to AJ last night and said she had a similar problem with him as well, until they blocked off access behind their tv.
Rosie was a good girl and ended up coming to bed with us last night. She slept by my knees for a while, until I rolled over and she crawled up and snuggled up against my back. Sharky woke up early and then came into the bedroom to tell me that he had to run to the store. After that, she refused to fall back asleep and wanted to play. She IS a serious finger/toe nibbler, very kittenish, but I can't have that with my feet (besides the fact that its just wrong), so we have to break her of that habit.
Rupert pretty much ignored Sharky, but Rosie was loving on him this morning.
Picked Sharky up at FA yesterday morning, actually was closer to lunch time so I had the sauteed chicken livers again - added mushrooms this time. Mmm, so delicious. Once we got home, I gave him his anniversary present - a UKULELE! He was thrilled and surprised and ended up playing with it instead of napping like he was supposed to. LOL
Today is our BIG DAY! Since Sharky won't be here for our actual anniversary (*sigh*) we are celebrating today. (I gave him his present early so he could have more time to play this weekend.) We are taking all the kids (and the girlfriends) out to Beach Road Chicken for dinner. It's a fun family place, affordable, and definitely a restaurant where more is the merrier. JL has not been there before (not sure about TB) and we haven't been there in years. Looking forward to it!
