Red beans and rice turned out great yesterday. I don't have a recipe, it's just cook the beans and toss in herbs/spices I find in the cupboard. ROFL The only thing "missing" was ham bouillon, because I was out. Need to add that to my grocery list.
The mailman didn't show up last night until almost 1900! I was so surprised. (It wasn't even our normal guy - something must have happened. Hope he's ok.) I had brought the outgoing mail back in, but Bear ran it out to him when he came up to the porch.
