Let the kids sleep in this morning and we all had a nice pot of grits for brunch. Started the crock pot to make some red beans and rice again. Mmmm...
Petunia and kids were freaking out over a palmetto bug yesterday, but Malcolm killed it during the night and left it as a present for Sharky to find this morning when he went to start the coffee. I praised Malcolm over and over before scooping up the bug and throwing it away.
