Monday

Petunia had a lovely time with DW on Saturday. She had enough of her lunch leftover (meatloaf) that she ate it for dinner. Sharky and I had BLTs. Mmm, it was delicious. LOL He did all the work (I hate frying bacon) and did a fab job.

Sunday was another dreary, overcast, rainy day and I ran to Winn-Dixie first thing. Grabbed gas for the car and a sandwich at Hardee's on the way. Did grocery shopping and I think I did a decent job of it.

Sharky hasn't been doing too well, his cough has come back. He ended up staying home last night while Petunia and I went to CD's surprise birthday party. I had a nice time, even though I really didn't know anyone. They had a seafood boil and steamed oysters and it was all delicious.

Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day and there is no school. (Sharky has to work though.) CD and his parents are picking her up around 5:30 pm and taking her out to dinner with them at Hawker's and then walk around 5 Points afterwards. That is her favorite place to eat. LOL
