Day 15: The Art of Resting

It’s very important that we relearn the art of resting and relaxing. Not only does it help prevent the onset of many illnesses that develop through chronic tension and worrying; it allows us to clear our minds, focus, and find creative solutions to problems.”

If I practiced the art of resting… I wouldn't get it confused with napping.

I am most relaxed when… I am happy and have no stress worries.

What helps me let go of worry… is to take care of the problem, whatever it is.

My mind is clearest… when I'm actually doing something productive, that makes me happy.

I am at my most creative and resourceful… when I am left alone to create.
