Friday, we went to Rowe's to pick up some fun foreign candy/snacks for BB's birthday party. Sharky surprised us with dinner at Pho 99. Petunia really enjoyed it.

Saturday, Petunia was dropped off at BB's for the overnight party and Sharky & I ran errands. Library, Publix for Rx, and then we used my dad's xmas present (gift card) and went to Tom & Betty's for lunch (and had leftovers for dinner). Found out that Publix had forgotten to put my Lantus in the bag so I called. Thank goodness, it was labeled in the fridge, so they put a note on it.

Sunday, we did our grocery shopping in the morning and then came home. I made the  mistake of taking one of Sharky's ibuprofen's for a headache that was developing. About an hour later, at lunch, I discovered that my BG levels were 59. Scared the crap out of me. Ate a glucose tablet, had a sandwich with bread & pretzels on the side. Tested a half hour later and it was only 75, so I had a glass of juice as well. At dinner, my level was 69 and at 10 pm, 95. Definitely NOT taking one of those again.

Picked up Petunia that afternoon and she had a great time. Sharky ran to Publix before bed to pick up my Lantus.

Yesterday, Monday, Sharky went back to the doctor and got yet another antibiotic. The tentative diagnosis is "cat scratch fever." I thought that sounded like bullshit, I mean I've HAD it before and it's not what he has. I looked it up online, at many sites, which confirmed my memory. I think the doctor is just trying to cover his ass just in case. Sharky has an appointment with a surgeon on Wednesday morning supposedly for a biopsy according to the doctor, but the surgeon's office said it was just a consultation.
