Emailing sick people

If someone you love has an illness or a disease that they have to take medicine for, please do not email them urban legends and hoaxes about how dangerous that medicine is. Do not email them links to websites that state that the medicine will kill them or drastically shorten their lives. Do not send advice on "guaranteed" cures that are deadly in nature.

What to do? Let them know you care, because crap like that sure doesn't say you do even if you think you are doing a good thing.
