Totally out of cold medicine. Pain pill makes me break out into a sweat but at least my joints stop hurting. My throat is swollen and tight and I could only eat a few bites of my dinner - forced myself to, because there was no way I could have swallowed my medicine else-wise. I've had to eat quite a few saltines today so I wouldn't throw up again. (I did first thing this morning.) No one else is sick, except for Petunia who's been coughing, thank goodness.
I've been really in and out of it today. The pain pill this morning helped me rest, thankfully, especially since I barely got any sleep last night.
Had to reschedule our date with Mom today for next week. I did not want to expose her to germs and, frankly, it would be too difficult & stressful for me to drive all the way down to St. Augustine when I'm sick.
Have a lot of things to do tomorrow, pay the JEA bill downtown is one. I told the kids that if they behave that I'd pick them up each a Frosty from Wendy's. (I've had their Coke Float Frosty and its great! Mmm...) Since there is no real dairy products in it, it shouldn't bother me too much.
