I thought I was doing good today, until lunch. Kept it down for about an hour and a half and then started coughing/gagging and end up throwing it up. Damn. No pain in my abdomen right now, though, so I'm thankful for that. Have I mentioned lately how much I hate throwing up? *sigh*
