This has been a strange day. Bear slept literally all day, just getting up to eat, and then got dressed to go to the RUSH concert with Sharky. Yep, you read that right. Mr. K, who was supposed to go, is very ill (he's got thyroid problems) so Sharky told me that if Bear was feeling better, he'd take him.
Bear is unbelievably excited. I don't blame him. I wish I could go, but I have to pick Bug up from the science fair in a little while. Bug will most likely be jealous, but he did get to go to the Jaguars game last autumn with his dad. Petunia slept a lot as well and is disappointed that she cannot go. I told her she had to be a lot older before I'd let her go to a concert.
Not sure what we are going to do about dinner. Sharky & Bear are swinging by Publix to pick up a sub & drinks and some cash and Bug will be fed at school. I guess Petunia and I will just pick something up. Since Sharky took the cell phone, I have to sit here until Bug calls. I hate waiting.
