Had a wonderful time yesterday. Went to Waldo Flea Market and walked around. Bear bought a Japanese-exclusive Pokemon Green game for Game Boy for $5 (it's all in Japanese but he loves it). Petunia got a brand new 2000 Beanie Baby Bear for $2 and I found the one BMR outfit that I was missing from my collection, NRFB for $8! We had a lot of fun at the produce tables and could have spent a fortune on the beautiful fruits and veggies there.
Then we had lunch at K&P's house, and met their "new" dog, Sparky - a 1 1/2 year old schnauzer. (Their daughter found him in Jax and spent almost 4 months trying to find his owners and ended up just giving him to her parents to keep.) He brought back wonderful memories of playing and being best buddies with my aunt's schnauzer, Hector, when I was a child. Our friends were hesitant about how he would act around my kids (because Sparky cannot stand their grandkids lol) but he was instant best buddies with all 3 of mine. They tried to give him to us but we had to turn them down because 1 dog and 2 cats in our tiny home is more than enough!
I was so exhausted when we came home, I had a bite to eat and then went to bed. Woke up to hear a voice (a cop?) outside my window asking for someone, saying there was a warrant out for their arrest! Eeek! Then they left, so I'm sure the morons next door lied about the whereabouts of the suspect...
