Yesterday wasn't as good as I had hoped it would be. Kids went outside to play and came in for lunch, and then Petunia started to complain about an upset stomach. She vomited up lunch and then again, after dinner. I'm thinking about keeping her home today because she says she still feels nauseated. I am concerned because the last time she was nauseated, she played outside. I wonder what she touched? When she feels better, I think I'm going to have Sharky take her in the back yard and show him, just in case. On the other hand, I was slightly nauseated myself yesterday, and quite so this morning. I hope it's not food poisoning? Eeek...
I'm so mad at Bug. He lost his ID on Thursday so I gave him $5.00 to get a replacement one (with case and cord). Guess what? Yep, he lost it (or it was stolen) on Friday morning. I have no more money to keep spending on this stuff - but he has to have an ID, school rules. I had to count out the last of the silver change I was saving for him this morning. If he loses this, I'll just scream.
The boys were both invited to the Ball to help in the childcare area. They are very excited about it. I don't blame them - it may not be the actual ball, but it's just as fun! There will be games, snacks, crafts, costumes, etc. LOL
Felinertia:
- Cosmo is Cosmo, a big old grumpy fat cat. Not much else to report right now. LOL
- Malcolm's mat is finally, completely cut out. He objected to it at first, until I believe he realized that we were trying to help him. A bald spot on his hip is better than a big old knot! I hope to try and get him used to being combed/brushed to avoid this in the future.
- Stella is eating soft food when we give it to her and is drinking, etc. It will be a while before she's completely better, but it is looking up.
