Petunia pretty much kept everything down yesterday so I sent her to school today. It's quite cool outside (it's 46°F right now) so she wore the lovely outfit that my Mom bought her at the outlet mall recently. (BTW, moms out there? Healthtex seems to be more reasonably sized than other brands of clothing. Most size 7s are long enough but too wide on Petunia, these fit her perfectly.)
Bear stayed after school for band practice, so I picked him up as soon as his dad got home and I could take the car. Got stuck behind a coal train on Stockton (*rolls eyes*) but didn't lose too much time.
Bug has to get on the 'net every afternoon this week to do the FCAT practice tests, teacher's orders. Of course, the teacher told them to start at the fifth grade level and work up. Geeze... Oh well, I'm sure he knows what he's doing. LOL
Sharky was pretty wiped out when he got home so he ended up going to bed around 8:00 and slept all night through. I slept pretty good too and really enjoyed the coffee when I got up and found out it was cold!
