According to my Linux weather thingy on my desktop, it never got above 75°F today. Almost like living in Paradise! LOL It threatened to storm, but I didn't notice any sprinkles or anything similar.

When I picked Petunia up from school, she kept insisting that there was no school tomorrow, but I thought there was. Checked with her teacher - it's a planning day. I even called the boys' schools and yep, no school at all. As Sharky said when I told him on the phone, sucks to be me. LOL

I thought it might be fun to go to the park tomorrow, but the kids are throwing a fit because they lost their computer/game privileges - they don't want to go to the park. I don't know what I'm doing anymore with these kids, I really don't. Every step forward, I swear I take two steps back. *sigh*

Maybe we can do something like scrapbooking? Something creative to keep their minds from going berserk. We've got lots of glue and paper and magazines to cut things out of - it could be fun. Well, I just told them the idea, and they were semi-thrilled, but still bored. *double sigh*

Well, I guess I'll just play it by ear and see how things go tomorrow. I'm going to try and be positive - it will be a good day. It will be a good day. It WILL be a good day...
