Robbie's Kugel

KUGEL

1 1/2 packages wide egg noodles (like No Yolks)
2 eggs
1/2 pint cottage cheese
1/2 of 1/2 pint sour cream
Butter or margarine

Boil noodles.

Combine w/ beaten eggs, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper and melted butter (not a lot...1/2 stick maybe).

Bake at 375º for 1 hour OR 425º for 45 minutes until brown.

Roberta's note: You can make it in a 13x9 pan or 8 or 9 inch round pans. I prefer rounds if I'm going to freeze one or 2 (this freezes GREAT!), 13x9 for immediate consumption by several people (there's more crispies, too!), and leftovers never last anyway. Enjoy!
