Had a great time with Mom. Went to the Prime 1 (formerly Belz) Outlet mall near St. Augustine and walked around. Lenox was having a humongous 75% off sale of everything in their store and I found a beautiful teacup & saucer for $3.50. (I love drinking little drinks [like herbal teas and other things] and I like having a cup and saucer just for me. I used to have a really nice old one but I haven't seen it in a long time.) Also, in their Christmas ornament section, I found a couple of very neat little things. One looks like a genie bottle and is just the right scale for Barbie (1/6th) and one is a very interesting pair of gloves that are painted like palm reading gloves from the 1960s. I'm thinking about making a pendant out of that. Neither look like a Christmas ornament at all. LOL
Then Mom took me to Ruby Tuesday's for lunch. OMGs, I had the best burger ever. It was the Bacon Avocado Turkey burger with Monterey Jack cheese (on a wheat roll) and it was huge, fresh, juicy and delicious. I ate half, took the other half home and ate it later on. It was still delicious. LOL I haven't been to a RT in quite a while and was very surprised at how it's changed. The waiter was great, Mom made sure she tipped him well - he even made sure I had a fresh drink in a to-go cup when I left (long drive home lol).
