Radiation is starting to take a toll on Sharky. He's in more pain every day, exhausted and sick. A weird rash has appeared so he's going to his regular doctor today - the radiation doc said it wasn't a side effect that they are aware of. It's getting harder for him to eat or swallow and I'm doing the best I can, making sure he has soft foods and cool liquids, but sometimes it's just not enough.

Friday, after I picked up Petunia from school, we started a new tradition - Coffee Fridays. We had to swing by the library (in MH, our WB is still under renovation) and there is a new coffee house just doors down from it - Vagabond Coffee. We each had a cappuccino and split a handmade strawberry pop-tart. A lot of fun. Will go someplace different next Friday.

Petunia had a nice weekend. She spent the weekend at MG's house and they went to the mall and had a good time.
