Sharky bought me a late Valentine's present. He and Petunia had purchased new headphones over the weekend and I really liked the one he bought himself. (Super cheap deal at Office Depot.) I told him the colors I liked and he swung by there last night after work and bought me a pair in burnt orange (his are green). They are the most unusual headphones I have ever seen, not ear buds or Princess Leia looking things, but more like a slim headband with a bump that gently rests inside your ear. They are bluetooth for the cell phone but also have a cord so I can use them with a computer or laptop. I cannot stand things inside my ears and these are perfect. I also don't like to share things like headphones either.

Petunia and I finally packed away all the Yule ornaments yesterday. Felt good to do it. Just need to have Sharky pack away the tree and we are done. I think he wants to move my desk to the alcove where we had the tree (where the tv used to sit before Mr. DW gave us the flat screen on the mantle). Have to measure it and see if it will fit there. If it does, it will be nice to be able to use my desk again with my laptop. I'll still use a tray table if I'm going to watch a movie on it for comfort, but I am looking forward to having my desk back.

It's a beautiful day today, might get up to the 70s. I've opened the window in the storm door and lit some incense and used some Febreze. LOL Still too chilly to put the fan on, maybe later. Just trying to air everything out.

Since I've been weaning myself off my medicine, I still get the withdrawal headaches but they are lessening. I'm putting forth a hard-core effort to watch my eating, keeping it "often" and trying to balance it. I won't know until at least a month has passed but everything is starting to look up. I don't know how my mood swings will manifest (if at all) during my period, but I'll find that out this week.
