An eventful morning, so far. First off, Bug wouldn't get up, so Petunia and I took out the trash. Eventually, when he did get up, he was able to get the can out of the back yard. Thankfully.
The bus didn't show up, we waited until 7 a.m. and there was no answer when I called the bus driver. Ended up passing her 1/2 way to Petunia's school. She did call, and I had Petunia take it since I was driving. Turns out the bus was stuck (along with most of the other buses) behind some long train again.
Finally got home and was able to have my coffee! EEP! Thank goodness Bug didn't turn off the pot or I would have had to drink nasty coffee. He did take the dog out. I fed the cats - both come running when I yell "kitty in a can!" LOL Petunia thinks that is awful (cannibalism!) but its just something silly and now the cats know what it means. They look forward to their canned food every morning. I also give them their ear medication, which Rupert actually seems to be wiling to endure, but Rosie goes nuts.
