Wow, yesterday was a freaking nightmare. Went to Walgreen's and then to Publix and could barely fucking walk. By the time I got home I was damn near crippled. The pain was excruciating but the worse was the feeling of not being able to walk, even hanging onto a shopping cart. I don't know how much more of this I can take. It took many hours before it wasn't as painful to walk.

Getting together a package for Bear, will mail it later on today from the main post office (which is open on Sundays).
