20th Wedding Anniversary (aka Leap Day) (Wednesday)
We only get a "real" anniversary every 4 years and sadly, during this milestone one, we are apart. Haven't heard from Sharky in a couple of days, but because it's a short week, they are working night and days, only catching a few hours sleep between each shift.
I have some errands to run, but I think I might wait until tomorrow. Don't feel like leaving the house today. Wednesdays are iffy days, safer to just stay at home.
Felinertia: Both cats slept with me last night, finally! Soon after I went to bed, Rosie came in and straddled both me and my body pillow, lounging like a "Cleocatra." ;-) LOL During one of my many bathroom trips, she'd fall off and then climb back on. At one point, she was stretched out on her back, with her head under mine. So sweet. I found Rupert in the blankets at the foot of the bed sometime after midnight. He stayed there most of the night. When the alarm went off, we all got up and Rosie headed to Petunia's door to "wake" her up. That consists of me opening the door and her barreling in and bouncing on the bed.
PCX: US-1552294 (Netherlands) arrived today. Now I am finally in line to get my first one back, after so many years. Yippee! Hope its someplace exotic.
