Did all our errands yesterday. Stopped in 5 Points and paid a bill. Dropped off Bug's textbook, paid his fine, and got his report card (pretty good). Went to library and all but Bug checked out books (he still has plenty to read at home). Ran to grocery store and picked up lunch stuff. (Really ticked off now, couldn't make Sharky's lunch this morning because we have no mayo - need to go back to the store. *sigh* My plans were for us to work around the house today, not run errands again! I swear, we still have an unopened jar in the pantry, just cannot find it right now.)

Sharky and the boys stayed up very late last night playing with the guitars and the computer - there is a lot of online exercises, etc. Of course, they paid him back for the fun with not doing the dishes. Geeze...

Petunia is now "totally in love" with Nancy Drew. LOL Checked out her first book ("new series" #24 Murder on the Set) and is so excited! I told her that I used to read the hardback "old series" and she told me that she wants to collect them now. So, I agreed that we'd start keeping our eyes open for them at flea markets and used book shops. (Yeah, the oldest ones we wouldn't be able to afford, but I'm sure the ones from the 50s and 60s are affordable.)

Tomorrow is my sister's 39th birthday. I picked up a cute card for her last week and we all signed and mailed it so she will get it most likely today. Wish I could have sent her a present as well. Maybe for Yule, I could pick her up a t-shirt or something as a gift from the kids.

Lately, Malcolm and Cosmo (aka Mu & Mo) are almost snuggle buddies. They will lie together with barely an inch between them, not touching. It's quite cute. They go through phases where they hate each other and then, like now, almost love each other. Like their human brothers, they would not know what to do without the other one. LOL

Just got back from a run to Publix. I gave Bear some money and he ran in and bought a pack of onion pita and Duke's Mayonnaise (2 for $5!). That should keep us for another week or so. (My mom still doesn't understand my passion for Duke's. I keep telling her, it's the only mayo on the market that does not give me an upset stomach. I'm sure it's because it has the least amount of preservatives and chemicals. Not to mention, the taste is superior. I'm just going to have to buy a jar for her sometime for her to try.)

Petunia didn't feel well this morning and actually took a little nap. She says she's still tired, so I told her she can have another nap after lunch. She likes being in her room, reading or napping, with her radio on (only Radio Disney allowed). It's amazing how many songs she knows by heart. I love listening to her sing. I looked at her today, like I do everyday, and marvel at the fact that something so sweet and beautiful is my child. She has all her father's best features and a couple of mine but you have to look hard to find those. LOL
