Well, when it rains, it pours... Dropped Bear off at the shuttle stop this a.m. and *DING* my engine light comes on. Goodness, what now??? (Have you noticed I've been working on my language? Yes, I'm trying not to swear as much. OK, you can stop laughing now, I'm being serious...) Hope I can get back to Wallyworld and pick up my Rx today.
Petunia's second grade homework consists of cursive handwriting (gee, what happened to regular handwriting?) and the scientific study of matter. Now that I have no memory of learning in second grade! Don't get me wrong, I love her school and her teacher, etc., but sometimes I think they are trying to cram as much stuff as possible into learning but never concentrating enough on any subject to make sure it's absorbed. Maybe I'm wrong, I don't know.
Slept ok last night, but had dreams of hiding from vampires. LOL Been a while since I've read a vamp book, so am not sure where that is coming from in my subconscious. Tossed my lunch, unfortunately, but was able to keep my dinner down. Coughing was hard, but I got it under control. Still have to sleep propped up, but I'm dealing with it.
Plans to redress some of my Mattel Flava dolls in some recent Fashion Fever outfits (end of the line when they were scaled for the hobbit body). Will take pics for my Flickr album when done.
