Ran to the grocery store yesterday morning with Bear. Barely made it through. Tried to take a nap later on but the kids kept arguing and fighting. I was a zombie by late last night. Didn't cough most of the day, but like usual, I was coughing badly during the night. Couldn't lay down, so propped myself up on the couch and watched crap tv until I coughed myself to sleep. Threw up a little after midnight, but just a little. Eventually made it to bed around 3 or 4. Sharky woke me up around 8:00 a.m. so I could take my medicine. Tried to go back to sleep afterwards, but couldn't do it.
Sharky finished WW's truck yesterday and this morning, he's taking it up to work to put on a lift so he can properly check the underside. Hopefully WW will have the rest of the money for the job. Sharky really busted his butt on that truck and did a good job.
When I was at Wallyworld last week, I saw some frames in the clearance section and picked up a nice wooden one for $2. It's not a thin one, it's quite wide and holds a 5x7 photo. Right now, I'm waiting for Walgreens to let me know my pictures are ready. I love their service - just upload pics you want developed and then they can either mail them to you or you just go there and pick them up. I'm getting a picture of Sharky, his parents and all 3 kids together printed - I took a real nice one of them in MI. I'm going to sand the wooden frame lightly and then paint it a very light shade of pink and then wipe/sand some back off - giving it a vintage or pickling effect. I might add a doodad or two, not sure. Whatever, it's going to be a thank you gift to Dad & Della for such a great time up north. They have very few family pictures on their walls and I thought they'd really enjoy a nice one.
Oh well, Sharky just left so I'll wait and swing by Walgreens when he gets back. Most likely will do the sanding and painting tomorrow when I'm alone. Will try to remember to take a picture of it - if I do a good job. LOL
