Found out yesterday that my blooming lily is actually an amaryllis and I saw this morning that my red amaryllis in a pot on the porch is actually pushing out a bloom stalk! I'm going to wait to transplant those until after the blooming is over with.
Had a few coughing fits yesterday, definitely less than previous days and I was pretty much a slug all day long. Doesn't sound good, but I think it was my body's way of attempting to heal itself.
While Sharky and the boys watched Hell's Kitchen, I laid down (propped up) and finished Tiger Claws by John Speed. I then turned out the light and closed my eyes. Had a few more coughs but then FELL ASLEEP! I didn't even wake up when Sharky came to bed. Slept until 3 a.m. and then was able to get back to sleep with only a couple of more coughs. First "good" nights sleep I've had in a long time now. Only had one fit this morning. *fingers crossed*
My heart aches right now for my dear WG? friend Anthony. His wife has been fighting AML for about 18 months now and it appears as if it is time for her to pass on. I pray for strength for all of them during this time...
