Took a couple of pictures yesterday:

Little Big Eyes is obviously a Blythe clone, although the original press release stated that it was an "all new design." She's a great doll for those who cannot afford a vintage/repro Blythe or one of the fabulous Pullips. This dolls is wearing recent carded Barbie separates by Mattel. They are loose, but still fit. Her feet are too small to share Bab's shoes, so she's wearing Barbie's little sister Stacey's shoes instead.

Headmarkings: ©2001 Street Wise Designs, Patent Pending She does not have a pull string on the back of her head, but does have a large button. Her eyes are pink, orange (brown), blue and green.

Need to mention, you cannot find her in stores anymore. My best friend found and bought my two (I also have a blonde) at KB toys back in 2003 I believe.

The dolls came in 4 different outfits and hair colours (black, blonde, purple, and pink). I've seen pictures of a black skinned version with black hair but have not seen one in real life.

Bear is staying home sick today. Figures. That creepy-crud crap is working its way around the family. He was grumpy and sicky last night and was worse this a.m.

Sharky came home last night, I'm surprised he was even able to drive, his headache was so severe. He ate dinner and then laid down on the couch and was practically comatose. Went to bed around 7:00 p.m.

Petunia had a meltdown last night over homework. I'm still amazed at the amount that is sent home every night. She had almost 50 math problems to do. I ended up making her go to bed soon after Sharky and told her she'd finish the homework in the morning (which she did).

Bug was the only one in a good mood. He called after his away soccer game was over so I had to pick him up last night. He was ecstatic, they won 0-1. LOL They only had 10 players (instead of the 11 needed) and the other team had 24. They used half and then switched to fresh players at halftime and yet Bug's team STILL won, even though they were tired and worn out and didn't have anyone to relieve them. I say, GOOD GOING! Yeah!

Oh, I haven't done any Felinertia updates lately. Cosmo has been a total pain in the tuckus lately, insisting upon being in the highest spot he can. Got on the kitchen counter the other day and really ticked me off since he knows that is a huge NO NO in our house! Malcolm on the other hand has been a super love-bug. He laid with me on the couch yesterday and allowed me to "Furminate" one side of him, and then, when I was done, he got up, turned around, as if to say "Ok, now do the other side!" I removed a huge hunk of fur undercoat. On Monday night, Sharky was showing Bear the flute portion (on his computer) of Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin. I started singing along and Malcolm came running up to me and put both his front paws on my lap. Since he's been interested in my singing lately (likes it or hates it, who knows? LOL), I picked him up and held him in my arms. He sat there, purring, for the ENTIRE song - and you know how long that is. LOL He must have really enjoyed it all.
