I have a dentist appointment this morning to see how my gums have healed. Not looking forward to it because if they want to do any more work, it will cost money that we don't have at the moment.
Afterwards, going to Mr. W's house to spend some time. He wants to share his UK trip pictures with me and give me some books. (Yeah!)
Found out that profits at Sharky's work are down so much that there might not be bonuses of any kind at all - regular sales or holiday. *sigh* We will totally be up a creek if that happens. Last year was tight, but we were blessed by a Secret Santa at both Bug's and Petunia's school. That's not happening this year, unfortunately. I have a couple of little things already that I picked up here and there for the kids as stocking stuffers and I have a couple of gift certificates (earned from taking surveys) for Amazon.com, so I'm going to shop around there to see what I can get for them. Some surveys paid me via PayPal but I used that already to get a gift for my Mom and sDad. Got them both vintage items they collect (a honey jar and a pulp zine); total was less than $20, including s&h! Pays to shop around when you have time. Unfortunately, there is only 19 days until Christmas. Oh well, we'll make due, we always do...
