Well, I dropped off the books at the used book store - they went through the bag and only took 1/2 the books - the rest I'll drop off at Goodwill. Tomorrow, when Sharky's at work (inventory weekend), the kids and I will take a box there. I now have $10.50 in store credit (not too shabby for the small amount of books accepted).
I swung by Earth Gifts and finally bought myself the Halloween Tarot by Kipling West. I opened it and it is as cool as I thought it would be. The pictures are adorable and there is a black cat on every single card! It's like following her on her adventures thru the tarot. LOL
I feel a lot better today. *big smiles*

Tarot cards are like playing cards, absolutely harmless.
IMO, things like tarot cards, ouija boards, wands, cauldrons, etc., are harmless - they are just tools and have no power of their own. The person who uses them has the power.
On the other hand, objects can absorb energy from their owners - but not enough to harm someone.
