Sharky got fed up with the doctor's office today so he called in. Of course, they did not have the information I gave them last week. *eye roll* Now that they do have the info, they're moving now.
I just heard from the doc's assistant, she already has the insurance company's authorization for Dr. G and is waiting for that office to call back. She told me that if I don't hear from her or them by 4:30 p.m. today, I am to call to get the appointment due to it's urgent nature.
Uh, it's that urgent? I did not know that. OK, I mean I know it's urgent but she made it sound like it's immediate life or death. *shivers*
