Oh great...

Guess who threw up this morning? Yep, Sharky. Now Petunia is the only one who hasn't caught whatever this thing is. *sigh* All 3 kids are well enough for school today, thank goodness. So glad Bug is doing a lot better, health-wise, because he has another one of those culinary competitions tomorrow and then a game on Saturday.

Bear and I ran to the grocery store last night since there were a few emergency things we had to get and Sharky just wasn't feeling well enough to go. Ended up doing a larger shopping than I had planned because it was the last day on a couple of "must have" sales. ("Must have" as in "on the grocery list already" not as in "desired but not needed".) I did ok until we were finished, then I pooped out real quickly on the way home. They had chilled rotisserie chicken on sale (freshly cooked, cheaper than raw!), so we grabbed one of those and a bagged salad (also on sale) for dinner. Still need to go back and buy the rest of the groceries, but I hope I can get one of the kids to help straighten up the panty and the fridge first.

Malcolm has been a super sweetheart and has stuck by me this whole time - even spending hours snuggling with me on the couch. Granted he doesn't come and lay in my lap, but he'll lay on the other side of the couch and I'll put my head next to him and wrap my arms around his body and he'll fall right asleep. Right now, he's in his new spot (all this week), on top of my feet under my desk. What a great foot warmer! LOL Speaking of feet - my feet have not hurt as bad as they have recently. Not sure why, but I ain't gonna complain.
