Doc visit this morning

Went ok I guess. Have to have another blood panel done to look for the arthritis markers. Would have done it today but it requires fasting, so will do it on Monday. Which, btw, is MLK Day so the kids will be off school. Made an appointment so I won't have to wait like last time.

Sharky drove me thankfully because it's hard getting in and out of the car. Of course I forgot to pick up my Rx so I have to do it either tonight or first thing in the morning.

Pain is ok now, walking better. Doc said that ibu is good but heat is not - should do ice instead.
