Home, safe and sound

Sharky arrived home around 8ish last night, despite being caught for over an hour in hail and traffic in the middle of Orlando's rush hour. Definitely made good timing. Horrible headache and totally exhausted, he went to bed early.

Sometime in the night, Malcolm came into our room and laid in the bed between our feet. Didn't stay long, but it was very sweet.

Last night, before Sharky got home, Malcolm walked into the living room and laid down next to Cosmo. A stretch and a twist later, he was on his side, laying on Cosmo's feet. Surprisingly, Cosmo left his front paws there and did not remove them. Shockingly, he gave a big sigh and laid his head on Malcolm's back. We were all flabbergasted. They've been laying near each other, sometimes even slightly touching, but this was an actual cuddle! I couldn't grab the camera - the cats were between me and it and if I had gotten up, they would have moved - so we all just sat there and enjoyed watching them. Only lasted 10 minutes or so, but it was worth it.
