Wow, 8:00 a.m. and Petunia is already in full dress-up mode, running around in pink fluffy sparkly princess gear. LOL I wish I had that much energy in the morning! She's upset because most of her tiaras are too small now. I guess they were made for toddler heads, not "big girl" heads. Hmm, wonder where I can get some cheap large tiaras? I'm sure bridal ones are too expensive for play.
Yesterday, we picked up some more "Willard-repellant" (eewww) and then ran to the Save-a-lot. The one on N. Edgewood is very clean and I like it a lot. We were able to get a lot of groceries for a very decent price. Luckily, I'm blessed with a couple of boys who love bagging groceries! LOL
Malcolm spent most of yesterday making up for lost time and being a super love bug all day long. He actually laid in my arms in the recliner for a new record - 15 minutes! He was practically glued to my heels for most of the day, following me around and begging for ear scritches and kisses and cookies too. LOL Won't catch me complaining, I love my little boy.
Had some nice rain yesterday, heavy downpour with thunder and lightning. Hope we get some more today! Helps with the temperature outside and helps the green stuff in my yard - you know, the weeds that I pretend are really grass? *giggles*
Darn pinched nerve still bugging me. Went to bed about 8:15 p.m. last night. Wasn't really tired, but I needed to lay down and I wanted some dark and quiet. Unfortunately I had neither. It was dusk and lighter than I wanted, but I cannot complain about that - at least the sun wasn't shining in my window. But, the neighbours, scum that they are, decided to shoot off firecrackers again. Idiots. *grumble*
